SOKU LNG SUPPLY PROJECT

Shell selected an EPC contract strategy for completion of the project and elected the services of Linkso Nigeria Limited, in alliance with OIS Plc, to monitor their EPC Contractors QA/QC activities by Audit and Quality Surveillance, including: -Monitoring the functionality of the contractors and subcontractors HSE procedures;
  • -Reviewing the contractor’s and sub-contractor’s HSE procedure against Shell’s contract requirements;
  • -Generating HSE case output needed for periodic reporting of the status of the LNG Gas Supply Project.

    • Linkso Nigeria Limited have also undertaken the Site Co-ordination on behalf of SPDC as well as providing HSES personnel to monitor all safety aspects of the project, including:

  • - Monitoring the EPC contractor’s mechanical and installation processes against the inspection and test plans and EPC contractor’s scope of work;
  • - Liaise and work closely with Shell Resident Engineer and the applicable discipline engineers;
